Dear Rachel,
Thank you so much for all the wonderful care that you gave me throughout my pregnancy. Thank you also for lending an ear to all my fears and complaints. I feel the whole therapy made a huge difference in both my pregnancy and delivery, certainly making the event less stressful. "M" is a beautiful girl and very precious to us both. We cherish every minute we get to spend with her. We look forward to introducing her to you in the near future.

After more than 20 years of suffering severe mouth ulcers and having tried every treatment that I thought was available, I was recommended to try complementary medicine by a work colleague who directed me to Paddington Clinic.
I have now been attending sessions with Rachel for more than 3 years and my health has improved dramatically and, specifically, the mouth ulcers are largely a thing of the past. Ironically, previously I had spent my time focused on treatment… whereas Rachel's attention focused me on prevention via addressing the causes rather than treatment of the result.
I am much happier - and healthier - as a result.

Approximately one year ago, suffering anxiety, stress and being generally run down, I visited Rachel at Paddington Clinic. I have been receiving regular acupuncture treatments (which I absolutely love!) and recently underwent a detox program with Rachel (in conjunction with my treatment). I cannot remember feeling this fantastic - this whole mind-body-spirit thing is amazing!!
My daughter is also a client at the Clinic for massages and naturopathic remedies from Debbie.
Rachel is a wonderful therapist and I have recommended her and the Clinic to many friends and acquaintances.

I had never tried acupuncture before starting treatment with Rachel for a few reasons, not the least of which is that I have a phobia about needles! However, I am now a 'convert'. The treatment I have received from Rachel has been terrific. I decided to try acupuncture to help manage stress and to improve my general sense of wellbeing after a recommendation from a friend. I also used to have physio for my back once every 4 - 6 weeks but since commencing treatment 12 months ago I have not been to physio and my back has been the best it has ever been. In fact, my general health has improved remarkably and my stress levels have reduced considerably. I have recommended treatment to a few people and believe that it has been on of my better decisions. I would encourage anyone to try treatment as it has been a fantastic experience for me.
